Quantillion is looking for a hands-on business analyst that can support both product and business development with insights to support plants in the transition to optimise their business-critical operations and processes. This is to revolutionise industrial plants by improving their resource efficiency.

Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated business analyst that can analyse the process and data flows of our customers. You will be responsible to deliver and explain your results to end-customers world wide, highlight benefits of Autonomous-Decision making systems and write businesscases. You will identify customer specific issues and implementation risks and translate that to clear projectplans for the team to work with.

Your future responsibilities

Analyzing performance and processes plants
Deliver and present feasibility studies
Reviewing and developing process improvements with Quantillion solutions
Supporting business development with reports and proposals
Supporting product development with insights and ideas

Who has over 5 years of experience working as a business analyst or other relevant roles
Degree in STEM or economics/business, with an analytics focus
Who has strong analytical skills and is curious
Who has experience in communicating with different stakeholders (internal and external, technical and non-technical)
Who asks the right questions
Who understands the needs of our clients and can translate that to clear insights
Who can translate goals into clear objectives
Who enjoys working with a team of both technical as well as non-technical people on solving problems
Who is comfortable with the quickly moving and changing environment that Quantillion is
Who is comfortable to visit clients both at home (Europe) as well as abroad (e.g. North America, Asia)
Who is eager to learn continuously as well as to share knowledge with the rest of our team
Who makes sure that the best idea always wins and isn’t afraid to speak up when necessary
and who — most of all — likes to have a lot of fun in working together with some of the smartest minds in the industry on solving the challenges of tomorrow

Bonus points:

Understanding of artificial intelligence and software development techniques (Machine learning, Reinforcement learning, Agile & software architectures)
Knowledge & interest about the heavy industry.
Already familiar with topics related to logistics and/or energy management.
